Dr. Mishra graduated from Johns Hopkins University with Honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. She earned her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and pursued her Internal Medicine training at Medstar Georgetown University. She subsequently completed her sub-specialty training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey, where she served as chief fellow in her final year. Dr. Mishra’s practice includes general gastroenterology with a special interest in cancer prevention, esophageal and reflux disorders, liver diseases, inflammatory bowel disease and women’s health. Her personal interests include spending time with her husband and family, traveling, fitness and theater.
