Job Summary:
The FibroScan® Technician’s primary responsibility is to schedule and complete FibroScan® appointments. Additionally, the FibroScan® Technician is responsible for correct data entry, filing, making calls, requesting medical records and other general related tasks.

Director of Business Development
Duties Include but are not limited to:

Answers calls, schedules appointments and performs FibroScans®

Schedules courier service for FibroScan® transport

Retrieves reports and medical records

Works with Recruitment team

Addresses FibroScan® inquiries

Performs related duties as required

Skills and Abilities:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, excel required

Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

Ability and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to accept feedback

Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time

Clear and concise communication skills

Education and Experience:
-
High School Diploma / Equivalent
-
Medical Experience preferred
-
Administrative experience preferred
