Job Summary:

The FibroScan® Technician’s primary responsibility is to schedule and complete FibroScan® appointments. Additionally, the FibroScan® Technician is responsible for correct data entry, filing, making calls, requesting medical records and other general related tasks.

Reports to:

  • Director of Business Development

Duties Include but are not limited to:

  • Answers calls, schedules appointments and performs FibroScans®
  • Schedules courier service for FibroScan® transport
  • Retrieves reports and medical records
  • Works with Recruitment team
  • Addresses FibroScan® inquiries
  • Assists in data reports
  • Performs related duties as required
  • Local travel required

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, excel required
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to accept feedback
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Contribute to team goals

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma / Equivalent
  • Medical Experience preferred
  • Administrative experience preferred
