Dr. Aguilo-Seara is of Spanish decent and was born and raised in Ponce, PR. He is a graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine and did his Internal Medicine training at The George Washington Medical Center. He subspecialized in gastroenterology at Lutheran General Hospital, a University of Chicago affiliate, and has practiced in Brevard County since 1998. Dr. Seara is committed to treating each patient with knowledgeable, courteous, and timely care related to the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
Dr. Seara has performed over 20,000 colonoscopies for colon cancer surveillance and the treatment of abnormalities of the colon. He sees hundreds of patients every year for gastric esophageal reflux disease (GERD) and the prevention of esophageal cancer. He has professional relationships with specialists at several university hospitals, should your treatment require referral to a larger care center.
In his free time, Dr. Seara enjoys martial arts, sports and spending time with his wife and three adult children.
