Alicia Chin, APRN, is a dedicated healthcare professional with more than two decades of experience spanning nursing, clinical research, telemedicine, healthcare data management, and patient-centered care. She earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Information Management and Nursing from Florida International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, before completing her Master of Science in Nursing in Adult Gerontology Primary Care at the University of South Florida.
Alicia brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and healthcare innovation to Florida Digestive Health Specialists (FDHS). Her diverse background includes experience in hospital-based nursing, gastrointestinal surgical oncology, research coordination, risk management, and clinical documentation systems. She has worked with several respected healthcare organizations throughout New York and Florida, including Winthrop University Hospital, Baptist Hospital of Miami, Bayfront Medical Center, and Moffitt Cancer Center.
Throughout her career, Alicia has been recognized for clinical excellence and professionalism, including nominations for Advanced Practice Provider of the Year in 2017 and 2020.
At FDHS, Alicia is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while building strong relationships with patients and supporting their long-term digestive health and wellness.
